Serving Utah, we build strong relationships with owners, realtors, and tenants, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth. Our revenue model is based on a percentage of rental income and additional service fees.

These include responsibilities such as assessing property needs, planning upgrades, budgeting, ensuring regulatory compliance, selecting and managing contractors, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. We also handle financial oversight, risk management, and post-project evaluations to ensure successful project completion and long-term property enhancement.

Greg West

With over 24 years of experience in real estate, mortgages, and HOA management, I’m committed to providing honest guidance, reliable service, and a smooth experience for every client. My background and master’s-level education have given me the knowledge and expertise to help clients confidently navigate buying, selling, financing, and property management decisions.

Family is a big part of who I am. As a proud father in a blended family of 11, I enjoy supporting my kids in all their activities—from dance competitions to football games.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors skiing, mountain biking, and water slalom skiing.

I believe in building lasting relationships through trust, communication, and exceptional customer care, and I’m dedicated to helping clients succeed every step of the way.

I bring more than a decade of experience in accounting, finance, and data analytics to my role at Summit Ridge Property Management. My career spans both public accounting and the aviation industry, where I contributed to financial reporting, operational analysis, and strategic business initiatives across a diverse range of organizations.

I began my professional journey in property management, where I built a strong foundation in accounting and financial operations, making my return to the industry a natural and well-rounded progression. My experience across multiple sectors has sharpened my ability to manage the full cycle of property accounting with precision and reliability.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with emphases in Entrepreneurship and International Studies from Brigham Young University–Idaho.
